“ Highly recommend grabbing a bite here before a concert! It’s an easy walk across the parking lot to the amphitheater. We got a spiked slushie, loaded tater tots, and the mac n cheese. Our food came out faster than expected for such a packed small place, the overall service was excellent! *Note that there is a different menu on concert nights* ”
“ Amazing beer, great food, and even better ambience! If you are looking for a nice beer garden with a ton of different beers on tap, a great open concept indoor and outdoor seating area for intermingling, playing some outdoor games or just enjoying good company, VGBG is worth checking out. I was surprised by the quality of the food for a place that focuses mainly on beer. Though a lot of it is bar food, they have also implemented a nice fusion of German food into their menu with quality ingredients and an amazing combo with the beer. They also had some rather surprising vegetarian options like a tomato, veggie and mozzarella skewer and delicious black bean burger! We ended up deciding to cater our most recent gathering which was very well executed and all of our friends and family truly enjoyed the food and beer. We will definitely be doing it again! ”
“ Really cool joint just off the beaten path right next to the amphitheater on the south side of uptown. Plenty of places to sit and chill including a huge outdoor patio. There are 5 sand volleyball courts, cornhole, and oversized Jenga. The indoor bar has plenty of seats, also. Lots of craft beers from which to choose, as well as a full array of liquor & spirits. The full menu has lots to choose from and during events they have a limited menu that still has plenty of variety. The service is extremely friendly and patient. All in all, very well deserving of the full 5-Star Rating! ”
“ Food was decent enough and super fast. We were there on a busy night with a concert next store and volleyball going on. We waited 10 mins tops for our food to be brought out! Good drink options and plenty of indoor and outdoor covered seating. ”
“ My wife and I took our daughter to a concert at The Fillmore on Friday night and we decided to hang out here while she was at the show. We were able to park right by the building, which made for an easy exit when we left (and they validate when you eat or drink there - AWESOME!!) The food was great and served quickly. They had 30 taps with all different types of beers. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to sample as many of the beers as we liked so we were able to try lots of new ones we hadn’t seen before. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. ”
